asus laptop - Create recovery disc on windows 8 to ISO file

I have ASUS laptop with preinstalled Windows 8 and with no DVD drive.
I like to create recovery disc for windows 8 system as ISO file.
In the recovery options there is either DVD or USB, How to create ISO?
With steps please if possible.
