windows 10 - Can I increase a partition without deleting the existing one

I recently imaged a hard drive onto a bigger hard drive. Unfortunately, I couldn't expand into the unused space. The drive table looks like this....

I tried using Gparted and the Microsoft an I can't find a way to expand on either. Is there a way to extend this partition without completely removing and reinstalling Windows?
