installation - Error Code 0x800701E3 While Installing Windows 10

I'm on Windows 8.1, I wanted to clean install Windows 10. So I have downloaded Windows 10 Pro ISO from Microsoft website using download tool, then I made a bootable USB key using rufus. The problem is whenever I try to install it is giving error

"Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x800701E3"

Please help to resolve the issue.
