Accidentally ran chmod 775 -R / (not ./) on linux server (RedHat)

I accidentally ran "chmod 775 -R /" instead of "chmod 775 -R ./" and changed the permissions for everything and now the server is broke.

Anyone know how I can quickly fix this???
